We mesquite smoke over an open pit;  bbq 1/2 chicken, 1/3 racks of pork ribs,  jumbo turkey legs, sliced beef and pork sandwiches, lip smacked prime rib tips, and bacon wrapped cream cheese filled jalapeño poppers .

At some events, we utilize a permanent building and are able make home made sides and create a full dinner including cowboy beans, coleslaw and a dinner roll or tortilla.

At other events, we keep it simple and work out of our mobile bbq pits with a simple tent and banner set up serving 1/2 chicken or 1/3 rack of pork ribs over a bed of french fries.
